Suede: Our suede leather begins with an intricate process: the hide is split to separate the soft underside from the top layer. This top layer is then tanned, buffed, sanded, and dyed to create the signature velvety texture that defines high-quality suede. Naturally slouchy and pliable, suede leather ages gracefully, developing a rich patina that tells its own story over time. Most natural imperfections are gently smoothed away during production, while subtle traces - like healed veining and the soft, napped surface - are preserved to celebrate the leather’s unique character and charm.

I love these and they fit perfect inside all my purses, even the mini CB and Lola. I prefer these to the tote organizers. They’re so colorful and I definitely will be collecting more in the future. I just wish it had the PLG logo or the 3 trees somewhere in the front.

When a Makeup Bag ISN'T a Makeup Bag!

So, last week was my 5th wedding anniversary, and my husband and I decided to go out to an upscale restaurant to celebrate. I realized I'd need a nice clutch-type purse to go with my outfit, so of course I did what anyone would do: start browsing the PLG website for ideas! 😉 I saw the Total Eclipse Makeup bag, and realized I liked the look of it more than anything else, and it's absolutely STUNNING in Deepwater Blue. Even better? My bifold wallet fits comfortably inside, as well! So, if you need a bag that can pull double duty, look no further than the eclipse bag!

I purchased classic large coldbrew tote, clutch wallet and eclipse makeup bag both in grizzly. I like them all, they are very well made and good quality, lovely colours. Great size tote, suitable for work or daily wear. I do love the smell of new leather goods but I must admit these items had very strong dye smell, this is the only criticism I have which may put off some customers. Great customer service, thanks to Violet and Joey for their help when I had an enquiry or question. If you are not already part of it you may wish to check out Portland Leather Groupies- PLG Facebook page. An amazing page, very well managed and lots of interaction. You would have a chance to see many "in real life pictures" of PLG products. Lovely ladies, always happy to answer questions since majority of them can be considered PLG experts with their awesome collections:)

The Eclipse Makeup Bag is a great way to wrangle smaller things when I carry a tote. I’m insanely in love with the Baja color and pebbled texture not to mention the scent of the leather. I got this for my daughter so she could have a good, long lasting, classy, pencil and art supply bag! She is an art student and is always sketching something! It checked off all the criteria and more! But that said when it arrived I had serious thoughts about keeping it for myself because it's too pretty to use for pencils! We will have to see who's name is on the gift when Christmas comes! Mine or hers!🤣

I realize these are Almost Perfect for a reason, but I’m kinda bummed theres’s no PLG logo on it. Otherwise its besutiful and gorgeous! I’m using it to hold my rotary cutters for quilting.
I chose this pouch for travel, and it's perfect! The curved zipper opens wide so you can easily access everything. I was surprised to find it also fits in the bottom of my Mini Crossbody Tote. I love it so much that I may need another for my work bag for pens, mouse, cords, and sticky notes!
This bag is beautiful. The pebbled leather is so soft and squishy (“It’s like buttah!) and the color is gorgeous. It smells great, too!
I will be using this for traveling and possibly in my large crossbody purse as well.
I got this to carry all the stuff that slips into the bottom of my bag. While it's a little large to use with my EDC, it is perfect to hold pens, highlighters, chargers, mints, and some medicine in my larger work bag, effectively corraling all the little stuff in 1 place.
